Hello New Paragon Here
It took me a week to get registered here but Im here.
I bought NF few weeks ago ,tried dervish, warrior and now paragon level 10.
Spent few days reading paragon guides/skills and also other guild wars information.
Now, I know everyone has their own playing style and no one can build a "build" for you but I have some few questions and maybe no more .
1. Does NF goes into pre searing to Post searing mode?
2. Wheres a good place to train for a level to 15 paragon? Skales?
3. I dont understand the level gap. For a level 10, I should be fighting anything 5 levels below and above me?
4. Ranger a good profession for secondary?
5. This is my build. I was wondering if any paragons think this is ok? I dont have prop or fract yet. I plan on buying it later this month.
Again, I apologize for asking too many questions.

1. The searing exists only in the prophecies campaign, suppose you can say that you can go to the post, if you have both campaigns. You'll be able to do the quest that gives you acess to tyria from elona. The pre-searing exists only for characters who start off in propohecies, and after the searing itself, going back to the pre isn't possible anymore unless you make a new character. It's a time event, so you can't go back and forth with the same character since you can't time travel :P
2. The best way to train is actually doing quests, GW isn't an mmo where you grind your way to level x. Doing quests and moving on in the campaign is how you level your character.
4. Here it's really up to you, and how to you like. I personally made a P/R but never used any ranger skill I played pure paragon. Of course, it depends on how you play... I believe it's comon sense the logical choice is warrior since both use adrenaline skills and shouts, but I'm no expert in professions and buils, so someone better answer this point.
As for the armour, you can buy max armor in the command post after you've made the building the base quest, I don't think you can get any other armor before you get there actually.

well it looks ok could be improved as you are not level 20 yet it might be a good idea later to go para/warrior since you are using adrenaline skills. But at this state I suggest you stay focus on your primary class to get the basics of the profession first before venturing into secondary class skills. It's ok to have the secondary skills but they should be limited. Learn what being a para is first and how to play him without relying on secondary skills. If you still want to use this build it is ok but in the longrun in pve it might be a problem. For examples hexes and conditons you have no counters for that other than healing. I hope you get the other campaigns soon too good luck!

There is one place to get max armor before command post. Consulate docks. You absolutely have to go the to move foward in the storyline anyways....so might as well get it from there. Wiki has great guides on what the armor looks like, where to get it from, what it takes to make it and how much it costs. Hope this helps!

I have prop and fract but there is a problem. I used the keys with my old email account. I have a new email and NF is on a new email account. Is there a way to add prop and fract under my new account? I will call the tech support on monday, that way I dont have to buy prop and fract just to have them under this new account.
And found out I can go to blacktide den to get armour with 65.

1. Nope, the only game you're in a pre is Prophecies, and NF & Factions are both... "in the world today".
2. Just do quests and farm what deems most effective to you. I just kept killing everything under the bonus in whatever area.
3. To get experience, yes.
4. I wouldn't advise it over /W for stuff like "Watch Yourself!" for the energy management and the armour bonus, also for "Save Yourselves!". /Me is good for things like Cry of Frustration, /Rt for a hard res that is fast casting and effective, /E for conjures if you really want them, /N for Enfeebling Blood and cheap enchant removals, /Mo for hex / condition removals. I'm going out on a limb for this one, I only use Cry of Frustration, Enfeebling Blood and Save Yourselves on my Paragons.
5. Your build shouldn't concern you nearly as much as leveling up to twenty with all attribut points at the moment. Until then the base of a Paragon build is:
An IAS. Aggressive Refrain fills this slot usually as it's the best IAS for a Paragon. Use Drunken Master if you're using consumables though.
Basic energy management / support shout. "Watch Yourself!", "Go for the Eyes!" and "Save Yourselves!" fall into this category. Go with things like Chorus of Restoration if you're not bothered about the casting though. Shouts would be best because you can still deal DPS with them and they don't require investment to be effective at energy management.
An attack skill. Spear of Lightning, Vicious Attack, Spear of Fury, Spear Swipe or whatever energy attack skill. The only adrenaline based attack skills I would use are Blazing Spear, Spear of Redemption and Wild Throw. Stunning Strike and Cruel Spear are extremely good too, but Barbed Spear is recommended with Stunning Strike.
A shout or chant to keep Aggressive Refrain up. Anthem of Flame, Anthem of Weakness, "We Shall Return!" or in the case of an SoR (Song of Restoration) build, Ballad of Restoration. You'll need this to actually keep AR up indefinately, and they're practically free. Leadership should always be at least 10.
Elite skill. "Incoming!", Defensive Anthem, Cruel Spear, Song of Restoration, Song of Purification are all good.
Last 3 skills. Support, more damage, do whatever you want. Don't put junk in there though like Healing Breeze and the likes. Put in useful stuff such as Enfeebling Blood, enchant removal, other buffing shouts such as "Never Surrender!", Anthem of Envy, Bladeturn Refrain (In areas with lots of slashing damage ofcourse), "They're on Fire!" if you're running multiple SF Elementalists, Mending Refrain, and support stuff like that.
Just to end this, don't double post because there's an edit button and read the stickied threads.
As for your most recent post, you have to go into your account settings and add the key to your current account, and if you make another account I believe it's irreversable.

Again after completing the building the base quest, you can change it in the profession changer you unlock. That's the only place where you can change it, other than balthazar's island but I believe you have to finish the game (ascend, or what?) before you can use it there.
My advice is don't go with what everyony tells you, play with what you think it's right.
Oh, and for the armour thing, sugest you do what sirenty said and check the wiki before you spend your money on something you might not like, and get the info about it. The 5k for crafting + the materials if you buy them, ascend to a good 8k total, wich is a lot for someone who's starting GW. You can also get it in the consulate, you'll find that there's people ferrying others there for a fee like 500g or 1k, so you can actually buy it early in the game. It's your choice really.

For a starter build (if you must really have a pet ), I'd try:
[charm animal][comfort animal][go for the eyes][spear of lightning][vicious attack][anthem of flame][leader's comfort][signet of return]
Once you're off Istan, you'll need a new build-but this should get you through most of it just fine.
Once you do hit level 20, having a pet is going to be more trouble than it's worth for a paragon. So I'd change to warrior once you have the Command Post unlocked.
Once you do that, I'd head on over to the paragon starter threads and look up some builds there.

Updated ...
Im level 16 now.
Here are my stats as of right now
What spells should be used for my current level? Im thinking of losing ranger and going warrior or some other class but having pet is cool.
Also I bought prop, just not factions yet. How can I visit prop after I do all the night fall missions?
Do I start over at pre-searings or my level 20 later on paragon can start at post and finish all the prop quests ?
And are the storys straight forward from prop to Night fall or each campain different stories?

once you reach a certain point in the NF campaign you will be able to go to proph (wont spoil it for you, but it does not take long). When you get to Proph you will start in Lions Arch, pre is for proph chars only.
As for the build, I would grab [go for the eyes] for its great e-management but you will have to spec into command for that. Also grab yourself a minor rune of leadership and motivation/command, they should be pretty cheap. you have 8 points unused so might as well stick those into beast mastery.
