Paragons vs Money.
Uhm, hey. Listen, I had a question. I have been playing paragon for a while and now I have some nice titles on her and some good items, many elite skills, but I have big problem with money. Usualy I don't have more than 5k in my inventory and that is kinda annoying. How do you earn money with your paragons - fariming, running?
And yeah, how do you feel, îIsnt it a bit hard to get in groups for elite missions (like FoW, DoA, UW etc) with your paragon?

Ok well paragons are not the money making class. they are the fun class that u have to love in order to play. I have a warrior with 19 maxed titles and Obby armor and a couple of req 8 weps. THE main point is i got the Armor and all my money for my weaponry farming with my assassin(chaos plains farm mostly). i love my warrior its just a great class to pve with just like a paragon but they dont really "bring home the bacon" as eles, sins, or even monks. GW gives u 4-8 character slots do make what u like. dont just choose one class and run with it try out the other classes also, most of them are really fun. the real truth is the MOST valuable farm is farming ecto(if ur solo) and if u have about 8 friends the BEST TEAM farm run is the DOA HM cryway with a permasin tank.with the solo farm u will make money but spend it just as fast. and with DOA u will have a paragon in fully obby with a req9 voltaic, and the sheild of ur dreams in a week!!! just go to the farming forum on this site and look at all the fun builds their are.

While its true that Paragons, warriors and Rangers usually don't have as many farming builds as some of the other professions, there is a nice and easy way a Paragon can make a lot of money. Remember that HFFF can be done with any profession as long as you have three heros. Even though its incredibly boring, HFFF is still one of the most reliable ways to make cash in the game. When you get the run down, you can make 450g in a minute which translates into 27k an hour and that doesn't include all the extra XP and Faction you'll be making. The faction can be converted to gold by buying amber chunks or Jadeite Shards and selling them to the trader as well, for a little extra cash. I know several people who have made well over a million gold from just HFFFing on the Kurzick side, and its a pretty easy thing to get down. Might be just the thing for your money worries!

actually any profession can run cryway but this is not really necesary for DoA the thing is that people like easy builds (cryway/old ursan) anyways here is a good thread from one of my alliance guilds [GoE] which seams to be really nice

it's actually only 150 gold per run and, after zoning into and out of town, you can't do more than one run every 2 minutes, and that's if you know the run and flag positions extremely well. that comes to 30 runs per hour which is 4.5k. if you have leechers for every single run, which isn't very likely, and you charge 100 gold each (generally i charge 75 because you get people faster), that's an extra 6k per hour. this comes to a grand total of 10.5k. that's a far cry from your 27k per hour, especially since most people can't do an HFFF kurzick run in under 2 minutes.
having said all that, HFFF is still a reliable, steady source of money. it's just not as fast as bulldozer makes it out to be and it is boring as hell.

Run Imbagon and do uberfast FoW/UW runs.
Or, make a monk/sin/whatever and go farm with that.

If I was to PuG, yes it would be hard. But with my guild/alliance, I never have any problems (hell....I lead most of them).
As for how I make money on my para, it's by doing HM stuff, and I hardly ever farm.

Para is fastest for HFFF, I've seen para's run HFF in 45 or less seconds, leaving 15 seconds for loading/walking to entrance, which can be further sped up by eating sweets that give you a sugar rush. Charging 100g/person, and filling up 3 slots, is definitely not hard, especially if you can do a run every minute. The only thing left out of this calculation would be the time it takes to zone to and from HzH, and wait for everyone to get their faction.
So Yes, he is correct in saying that 27k/hr is feasible.

Start Vanquishing areas with people, you'll certainly get an ass load of items and gold for vanquishing. I like to farm spiders in the Plains of Jarin with Raven Blessing. Just hide behind a hill and swoop away...

Bad advice is bad.
Firstly, improve your grammar.
Secondly, necro/mes is completely a disadvantage to paragons. It isn't "Getting better skills", when you can make great use of your primary, by going imbagon or TPIY.
Thirdly, how the HELL does that help make money?

Hmm I was farming with my warrior before factions were out. I wonder where you got the idea that you cannot in a fast way farm with warrior and just waste time creating a sin or something like this used mostly as I understood your post for money grinding and not for playing....
Anyway back to topic. For solo farming paragon is limited however there are possibilities :
1. You can farm as p/mo dead swords in HM in shattered ravines in NF (try pvx for build for this)
2. FOW P/x beach and cave farm (there should some builds here on Guru for that since the one on pvx is not the best one apparently)
3.solo UW:
http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...php?t=10329208
You can of course join the farming groups. Paragons are very successful in DOA. You can use the team build GOE uses posted above or any other fast DOA HM clear that utilizes imbagon. HFFF was already mentioned in the posts above.
I think you can get a group to do FOW/UW/DOA with imbagon. I am doing full FOW clear on mine once a while. I recall people doing DOA with Imbagons even before Ursan nerf. I am not sure about pugging it though.
