Question about Chants, Shouts, etc.
Do Minions gain the affects of Shouts, Chants, Echo's, etc?

Skills like [["go for the eyes"] and [[There's nothing to fear] will affect them. Skills like [[Save yourselves] wont.

On a related subject, do ward spells such as Ebon Battle Standard of Honor affect minions?
If they do, my necro is gonna start running
[Ebon Battle Standard of Honor]+[Order of Undeath]+[Animate Bone Fiend]

As far as I know they do. If you're the mm, you should see the damage figures from your minions spike quite nicely, but combining the ward with Orders and fiends only, will suck your health down quickly so use with care. Throw in a vamp summon to offset it.

All non-spirit allies or non-spirit foes are affected by ward spells, so yes your minions would benefit from the battle standards.

Reading comprehension ftw
Allies are allies, which means stuff that is allied to you.
Party members are party members, meaning the guys that have the same red bar in the box that also has your name.

TNTF doesn't affect minions.
Basically what MegaVolti said, just read it. If it says allies, then it's everybody on your side in earshot. If it's party members, it's the people in the party box (and not anybody under allies).
To the side question, same answer. Minions are affected by the wards since they say "non-Spirit allies."

["go for the eyes"] says "Allies" whereas [There's nothing to fear] says "All Party Members..". By the above logic I wouldn't think [There's nothing to fear] would work since It says "Party Members..".
