Thats really up to you, you have to be happy with the looks? but after grinding 7 max titles I would not start over just because of looks to make the same class character again. Try some new armor/weapon skins and dye changes.

If its just the face or hair, I would try wearing a mask of some sort or a bandana. If you dont like the way the armor looks on a female however, then that may be harder to deal with. I personally like the way norn looks on a female paragon. Basically, I would only delete a char with maxed titles etcc.. if there was nothing that could be done to make me the least bit happy with its appearance.

Depends on the titles. Are they account based titles ie: the savior of lux/kurz. Are they ss or lb and/or gwen ranks. Those are all easy. However if they are like lg. vanquisher or lg. guardian then those take a little longer to max and I wouldn't remake. However remaking is really up to you. If you can't find an armor set you like or a way ti hide the face or something then well remake it if it is that big a deal.

Up until a few months ago, I had been growing tired of my primary character (Monk)'s appearance, and was in a similar situation. I have a couple Cartographer titles, and had numerous other achievements. Eventually however, I realized that since I intended to continue playing this character and get GWAMM, it would be worth it to start over.
Or...

This is great advice, and I suggest you follow it unless you hate most everything about your character.

I was in a similar situation with my old necromancer who had 5-10 titles maxed (I ended up deleting, unfortunately). I wanted to get Legendary Survivor on all of my characters and I'd grown tired of his name and hair and ended up remaking him with nearly identital traits because I decided I didn't like the new look I was going for.
I totally regret deleting my old necromancer; in fact, I regret remaking most of the characters I did, but not as much as my necro.
Anyway, this necromancer is now going for Legendary Defender of Ascalon.

I hated the way my ele looked after over 2 years of playing but a bandanna and a set of chaos gloves really helped

/facepalm...eotn ftw
@OP:
i think the investment of 7 titles is a little to much to start over imo. but this is really a you decision.
edit: getting new armor/weapons and dye changes is always a good idea. it mixes it up.

As others have stated, it depends on what those 7 titles are. If they are things like Protectors and account titles, then its no big deal, as they are easy to get. If they are things like Survivor and SKill Hunter, they take a decent amount of time and money. And if the look you have is 'fixable' then just fix it.

I couldn't agree more!!!
If the new character works out you can always delete later. Regrinding titles can get old.
That said....You have to like a character to stay with it. If it just isn't you then deletion ( after time and serious thinking/looking ) may be the only path that keeps he game enjoyable.

Ofcourse there is always Chaos glowes + dread mask + obsidian armor, but that is a little bit too expensive for my income

I am one person who thinks that if you really don't like the look of your character, or the name (which can't really be changed unless someone falsely reports it). That you should remake it if you truly want to.
I remember spending like a week or 2 grinding for legendary survivor, got to around 800k and realized I really hated the look of my character. I remade him and am glad that I did. Sure it took another week to grind it back, but in the end I enjoyed the character a lot more.
