Leader's comfort and Watch Yourself aren't worth it imo.

if you want to optimize your sword build run a cripslash war primary instead.
oh and dump tactics for strength

I run pretty much the same build in RA on my paragon with [[Go for the Eyes] instead of Watch Yourself and [[Spear Swipe] instead of Leader's Comfort. I also switched to axe instead of sword, but I have run that combo previously.

It's not bad, it's not good. As long as you know you'll never be as good as a warrior, it can be fun.
