Use these
www.pvxwiki.com
www.guildwars.wikia.com
the best build for paragons would be IMBA-GON, and you need Faction campaign to make the build

Dont use the imbagon build, it is boring. Make your secondary elementalist and get a spear that does magic damage and pair it with conjure [insert element here] and have some fun. Worry about unbalanced builds that do nothing but farm and make the game boring after you have exhausted every quest in the game across every character type like 99% of the people on this forum have.

I suggest you learn what infamous means before you use it. The Imbagon build is well know for being good, and therefor is famous.
On topic: I suggest running an imbagon. Once you use it, you'll never want to go around without it. It's an amazing party buffing build.

either as you said...he got the definition wrong
or he meant that it is famous for the wrong reasons i.e. lameway imba mode - which would make it imfamous
personally imba-gon is just plain dull to me same as the cookie-cutter hero teams....just seems dull
but if you are new i'd advise simply checking PvX - which will provide you with some of the basic builds that are easy to run - help to have a slightly better understanding of the game before running imba-gon or IMO you'll miss half the fun
