Hey, I haven't played this game in over 2 years. I just came back to it, and looked at the imba guide. Love it, I have the 10$ unlock all the Nightfall skill pack. And yet I just can't find the skill "There is nothing to fear".

Where can I find it?

thats because it's a sunspear skill
You actually get it from hero skill trainers in kamdan the Sunspear Great hall or the command post.
Talk to the hero skill trainer and ask to see sunspear skills and you will get if from there.

you will need to have at least rank 1 in sunspear to get it tho

Yea but R1 is Sunspear is pretty much automatic and if your not a NightFall Character your start at R5, Also The Guild wars wiki is basically all you need to find anything about the game including skills weapons locations ect.

You have to do a quest to get to r5 if you are non NF which a paragon isnt. Paragon has to do x amount of quests/fighting to get to r1
