Anyways, the purpose of this post, is to expand your Para knowledge. So for many (and I mean most) HM vanqs, and several lower lev HM dungeons I've got a lazy para build that just makes many HM circumstances easy to deal with. This will let you test at least one to two heroes to your tastes. Even if it's a terrible build! (see note 1).

TNTF: "For 4 seconds and 1 second for every 2 ranks in Leadership, all party members within earshot take 20...35% less damage. Affected party members are healed for 35...60 Health when this shout ends."

Do you realize what a deal this is? Regardless of how hard mobs hit...35% (max) right off the top! What does that mean? You and most if not all your party will survive...even under insane AOE hits. In my experience, this is probably one of the 2nd most survivable builds ever. I've run all but DoA Foundry with this build. Is is comparable with an IMBA? No! IMBA is the games' single most awesome damage reduction build....period. But it's 50ish+ percent and easily no. 2. I mean...16.8 seconds out of 20...of 35% reduction? Capiche?

Yes, it does leave you with one slot...an elite one at that. If I may suggest...Spirit Light Weapon (since you already have investment into Resto). While heros suck at using it, people do not. So the one hero that WILL take the brunt of the mobs hate...well you can make sure that hero lives. And while mobs are concentrated on them...trust me the other heroes will busily dispatch them.

This is probably the only valid use of "Vocal was Sologon"...in the game. Period. Otherwise it sucks mightily.

One last clarification...why 40% vs. 44%? TBH if your teams die in 1/2 second diff...you deserve to fail. Cough up proper insigs/runes...this build doesn't make miracles. What it does do, for a fine tuned hero team...is get you chest! And...allow for a nice extended "Stand Your Ground!" Trust me, 24 armor is nothing to sneeze at. Your Hero will cover the other half of SYG! so it's up 100% of the time.
