Default Need suggestions for my PVP Necro/Monk build

Hi
My necro/monk build attributes as follows:
  • Blood = 16 (+4)
  • Curse = 6
  • Soul Reaping = 7
  • Healing Prayers = 10
Skills equipped as follows:
  1. Plague Signet [Elite]
  2. Awaken The Blood
  3. Life Siphon
  4. Shadow Strike
  5. Vampiric Gaze
  6. Healing Breeze
  7. Orison Of Healing
  8. Res Signet / Healing Seed
The curse attribute is simply for the skill Plague Signet and I set my curse attribute to 6 as this skill won't work with curse attribute 4 or less. During battle, i will cast awaken the blood first and life siphon at least 2 enemies. Subsequently i will attack the call target with shadow strike and vampiric gaze to deal a decent amount of damage while healing myself in the process. If i received any negative conditions from the enemy, i will cast plague signet to counter. It is proven effective against 1-1 situation so far.

My main concern is the healing area. I realised that if Im being attacked by at least 2 enemies, I will have a hard time of staying alive. I will be forced to use my healing skills to remain alive and during this moment, i will deal no damage and spent all my energy on healing skills. It is a matter of time i will run out of energy and be killed.

I hope you can provide some suggestions to improve this build. I am pondering whether i should exchange soul reaping for protection prayers instead. However i can only slot 3 monk skills. What a dilemma. Kindly suggest some skills i should equip instead.

All suggestions and feedback greatly appreciated. Thank you.

get rid of plague signet, and try a monk elite.
anyways for a monk its best to go monk/necro, as to go necro/monk.

if you want a necro, go fully on it, and forget about the monk part, necro has some nice healskills.

and only if you want so go on protection, because as necro go on healing prayers, isnt a good idea.

If i proceed with protection prayers instead, what skills should i equip? Is reversal of fortune with protection spirit good choices?

Using healing with a necro isn't necessarily a bad idea. What you lose in Divine Favor, you make up in the extra energy gained from Soul Reaping.

It looks like you want to play a character who steals lots of health with Blood spells, with the odd heal for yourself or anyone else who needs it. As a healer, I wouldn't mess with Orison at all. It's not worth it without Divine Favor. For Competition Arenas Breeze is fine, since you may need the flexibility of healing yourself or others. However, you're able to heal yourself pretty well with your Blood spells, so you might look into Heal Other or Healing Seed.

Plague Signet, though, is weak. Use a Blood or Monk elite, and throw those points from Curses into Reaping.

You might think about Offering of Blood, Soul Leech, Life Transfer, Word of Healing, or even Grenth's Balance.

If you choose to go to Protection, there are several good elites over there. Shield of Regeneration, Restore Conditions, and Mark of Protection (since you don't have many protection spells) are all nice.

I use a N/Mo for tombs all the time...And depending on what build im joining up with will use my monk skills to keep me alive. It all depends on the build though. If im doing an IWAY build (yea I know..blah blah) then I definatly use my monk skills to help keep myself alive since im usually one of the quickest to get targeted. So if its IWAY then im using Mending, healing breeze and orison of healing the +10 regen and orison can keep me alive pretty good as long as im running..lol

If im going with any other build I drop all Monk skills and go pure necro...Blood/Curse or Blood/Death it depends on my mood. but always use blood it will keep you alive for a while and do alot of damage to them.
