Arrow Ascolon low lvl PvP necro

I recently got a new account and wel duh made a necro. This is a build that I've been using in the Ascolon arena.

N/Me-lvl9 (but can be any lvl between 5-10)

Armor and weps;
I use droks tormentor and a wicked scar
for weps I use either Villnars staff(surses)
or a blood wand from the desert

Attributes;

Split between blood-curses-illusion

Skills;

1)SS(if you can't get it use Insiduose parasite or Backfire)
2)Faint Heartedness
3)Conjure Phantasm
4)Life Siphon
5)Parasitic Bond
6)imagenary burdon(for those darn warriors)
7)Energy Tap
8)Res Sig

Ok well first things first when you first start try and target a warrior or ranger
then cast Skill #6 then skills 2-5 and then cast 3 again your energy should be pretty low then so cast Energy tap then recast order conjure this should pretty much finsh him off unless the got a good monk. then just rinse and repeat. Also target a caster with energy tap. This also works great on Monks Because you stop healing breaze and mending with all your degen so your teams phisical dmg dealers can be more effective.

My only concerns are well health. This build totally reallys on a healer but this arena is a random arena so...but anyway life siphon cant keep your health up its there for the degen. Just hope that the opposing warrior(s) arent that skilled and dont forget to slow em down with imagenary burdon.

What's the point?
Do you use that in Ascolon Arena as you are too crap to play anywhere else?
Do you get a great sense of joy using SS on people when you shouldn't have it?
Do you feel great when you win?
Play the game properly you might actually enjoy it.

Cant wait till the 2nd chapter when skills are supposedly going to have a minimum level req to use them.

Answer Q #1 To have fun.
Answer Q#2 No
Answer Q#3 Yes
Answer Q#4 Yes
I have played the game properly an first account and had a necro that was UW soloer and SS/SV necro. BTW this is for fun and not to "feel great" Althuogh feeling great comes with every win. This is actually a challenge becuase you do not have high attributes so your skills arent as powerful and I Have been usin this build sinse lvl 6. Also I'm not the only guy walkin around with skills I shouldn't have the ascolon arena is actually filled with skilled players I once saw a monk with build similar to 55 but my degen got the best of him.

And yes I guess at lvl 9 I would be "to crap" to play anywhere else.

Curses, Illusion, Domination, Blood. Pretty tight spread there. Is this based on a build you have used in level 20 arena? Or have you ever played in that arena yet?

If you insist on being a Droks/Elite twinkie to pwn n00bs in Ascalon--why not just Arcane Echo SS and be done with it. Or take enchantment stripping/shattering/rending. Everyone's using Mending there anyway.

/flame off

ramma, I sincerely, sincerely hope you are right and there will be level requirements for armor and skills.

No domination and yes I based it of a degen build I use in lvl 20 arena. And Again the majority of people who play in ascolon arena are not noobs I have friends who play there and before anyone else talks like there the formost in PvP knowledge(especcaily ascolon) I recommend that they play ascolon arena with any low lvl they have and you will be surprised. Also SS dosn't do that much Dmg and if I where to echo it it would be a waist of a skill space.

I'm not sure what you mean by this at all. I've played in Ascalon arena plenty of times, as well as Shiverpeaks, I've leveled several characters out of these arenas. I simply refuse to enter them today due to players like yourself. What exactly do you think would surprise me?

Then why bother if it doesn't do any damage? If you put all your points into curses, it will do decent damage. Added to Faintheartedness and Parasitic Bond, well, it's all over for the poor sap who doesn't have any hex removal yet because they're playing the game straight.

And yes, you did mention Backfire as an alternative to SS, which of course is Domination. Just saying that if anyone decided to mimic your build, it's a big stretch, 4 attribute lines at once.

your right about backfire I dont use that skill I was just thinking of stuff that would deal dmg when someone did something. so sorry bout that. I just got done PvPing in ascolon and there where guys with 15k armor and there where SS/echo shiver necros there and There was a necro with a minion bomb build. The surprise would be you dieing cause you would expect them to all be noobs! Most of the people there are ARE NOT NOOBS. There are people who have beatin the game and are starting new characters and doin stuff that they didn't do the first time round like low lvl PvPing.

let's see... drok level armor, max perfect weapons, elite skill... all in a level 5-10 arena? please. and you're supposed to be in an "elite" guild?

this is the reason why newer players get turned off by pvp. they decide to give it a try and get completely destroyed by people like you who have decided to flood the low level arenas. everyone in the ascalon arena might have droks armor and elites anyway, but it still isn't justified. think of that 1 new player who enjoyed the small pvp to get from pre to post searing. he might decide to try out the ascalon arena for fun and get completely owned every single time. no, that is not "fun" for him. go get power leveled and take your build to the battle isles random arena.

Despite whatever my opinion may be on the matter, this thread is a flamewar waiting to happen. The general community has made its attitude clear again and again on the matter of low level arena twinking.

I'd like to thank the posters thus far for maintaining civility (even if riddled with tension) about this issue. Some past threads have gotten VERY heated.
