On the wand thing I never costimized mine and I do fine. Its not really about the wand you actaully don't even need a wand you mainly use it for its mods.
On the Underworld(UW) and Fisure of Woe(FoW) thing there both in the temple of age's. Do not worry about them first master the desert then do the Underworld and totally forget about FoW. The desert is like bigginer for 55necro and UW is like A.P. intermidiate then FoW is Pro . It will cost you 1k on every entry to UW and if you die you must leave it as you are the only person down there so no-one can res you. So for now stick with the desert until you are sure you have built up alot of confidence in your self then go to UW and your confidence will be broken.
