After accuring 3,000 Faction, I decided to purchase one of the new Necro Elites: Discord.

5e, 1c, 2r. If target foe is suffering a condition and under the effects of an enchantment or hex, that foe takes 75 damage.

(Thats with death 15)

Here is my build:

Discord {E}
Arcane Echo
Enfeeble
Parasatic bond
Spinal Shivers
Rotting Flesh
Plague touch
Res Sig

So basically, Fulfill the conditions of Discord with a quick Enfeeble and parasatic bond, then Echo the Discord and spam it as much as you can.

I'm still working on the build, any help would be appriciated.

Thats nice build have to say, but what about using Chillbains and Touch of Agony (Makes yourself bleed + poisoned) and then using plague touch on target with Discord?
