What is with all these steroetypical builds these days? I haven't played my custom build in 3 months...even though it deals as much, if not more damage than SS. The only "types" of necro i have played in the past 3 months is MM battery and SS...and that isn't much fun at all since those builds can't really be altered and truly if you do alter them they do not work as well as they should otherwise. Does anyone else feel that all this steroetyping is taking the fun out of this game? afterall, it is only a game...

Nobody is forcing you to play such builds.

I don't even know who gets credit for coming up with it, but at this point who cares.... what I know is it is SUPER fun to play...

i ran a mesmer/necro through the game and by the end i was scraping the domination line and taking curses for SS. i take it you're talking about pve. if you are, there's a few different things you can do. but i'd take SS and just be happy you can get in a group that easy.
