Well it is Ghial the Bone Dancer (where you cap flesh golem), wouldn't think some other boss would drop a weapon with his name on it. Plus I checked on guildwiki quick to double check and that claims he drops it as well. I havn't had one drop but that is where it would drop yes.

+1 death magic is lame everyone sry but its true. I think the 40/40 set is definately the best and it doesnt cost as much as a green item. I farmed Ghial for awhile I got 70k a peice too. The 20/20 bone spiral should cost about 10k at most i dont remember.

+1 Death makes a huge difference for a MM...especially before the nerf but still one more level for a fiend and two more levels for a golem can make a difference.

IMO +1 is crap for an MM. I had the Bortaks set before the nerf but sold them off quickly in anticipation of a price plummet. Since I've been playing through Factions, I've stuck with a 20/20 offhand and switch between a 5^50 1/2 recharge wand and a 20/20 recharge wand. I don't miss my Bortaks at all.

It's supposedly a 36% chance to 1/2 and a 4% chance to make it 4 times faster. Still, 36% > 20%.

That's the first time I've ever seen that posted, and I've seen a LOT of discussion about combining 20% chance wand and offhand items.
Are you sure you're not mixing it up with increases in movement speed, and how they stack?

Well, my point was more along the lines of using a 10/10, or a 5^50/10, because I believe the 40/40 is wasteful (could be wrong but I'm positive the cap is below 40%, and I think it was 33%). Mogriff's scepter perhaps?

Among all the posters I have ever seen in this forum, you are alone in that belief.
Now, it IS the majority belief so far as I can tell that if you have two items, each giving a 20% chance of a 50% reduction in the time it takes for something to recur (recharge or casting), then the way they stack is:
A. 32% chance of 50% reduction plus 4% chance of 75% reduction = 36% chance total of 50-75% reduction
rather than
B. 40% chance of 50% reduction.
But A is almost as good as B; the stacking is hardly wasteful at all.

Ah, correct, that's what it was. Well, anyways, it's a matter of personal preference. I like 5 more nrg. And I prefer speed over recharge with DM. So a 5^50/10 or 20 speed with a 20/20 would be better than 40/40, impo.

I think recharge just got a lot more important with the introduction of the Vampiric Horror and Flesh Golem spells, and also with the changes in how the miinion-healing spells work.
I suspect the skill bar I'll eventually settle on will contain one 5-second recharge and one 15-second recharge animate spell.

I'm doing Vamp Horrors/Fiends/Oob atm. Works well. Yea Fleshy is cool but cool isn't always efficient. This way I have a front line to tank and heal me, and a back line to pump up some nice damage. Thing is I don't have points to put in Healing if I use OoB, so... it's a BotM only support (which is quite sufficient, mind you). I been using the 20/20 but fast recharge on OoB and Horrors will be nice. Oh well, I'm sticking with what I got.

Someone sold me this wayward wand for 15k at warcamp, I think i got lucky there i love the skin. I think these are perfect mods...?
anyway modded the collectors bone staff which is better than bortaks staff. both sets work really well.
