Okay, me and my SS build necro buddy tried UW runs, but I can't kill anything. I am a 55 monk with the Spellbreaker build, but I'm doing something wrong.

Can you guys post the skill set etc for both the SS and 55? It would be much appreciated

The rest is up to you, depending on if you have factions or not you can bring:
Ancestor's Visage (Sympathetic faction double)

Desecrate Enchantments
Suffering

The monk only tanks, you have to cast spellbreaker to prevent your enchants from being removed. The necro hangs back and casts SS to kill stuff.

It would be useful to know why you are having trouble to kill. Is it the problem you can't get your skills off and die, or you get killed by nightmares? Or does your necro buddy have trouble with applying the skills on the monsters.

Oh, okay Damocles. Thats what I needed! I thought it was basically the same as troll farming and had 13 smiting and like 5 divine, so spellbreaker didnt last at all. That should do it man, thanks alot!

When you're duoing UW, the worst thing you can do as a 55 is do any smite damage. If it causes the mobs to scatter (Zealots) or not attack (SoJ), then you're reducing the effectivness of the necro. Think of duoing as the monk has to be able to just live forever (and kill nightmares) while the necro should kill everything without ever once getting touched.
