Since the Wiki indicates that you can only get the -50 cesta with a prophecies character, how would one go about building a 55 Necro with a Canthan character? Is there an equivalent off hand in Cantha?

i doubt that u can find a quest. but u could buy the cesta from some1. but thatll cost around 9-10k... theres too many 55s out there.

I have a charater in pre that I use to help new guildies (he's lvl 10 right now) I could always send him to post to do the cities quest but that would be a last resort (besides just buying one). I have a 55 monk that I use to make money for myself and other guild members and just thought that it would be a fun alternative to have a 55 necro as well.

It takes much longer to get a character to l20 ascended in tyria so I made a necro in cantha and brought him over to tyria. The funny part is that I ran him all the way to ascalon only to find out that the quest was not available

Anyhow, if anybody has any info about how to get this needed item (-50 offhand) with a canthan character (I know I can always buy one) let me know!
