That shouldn't be too easy to pull off any more....spirit bond is only 10 hits now so a monk would kill his regen and die fast without spirit bond easily healing the degen without failure.
This build though....is an old concept but thanks for showing how this is a new alternative

I say meh, the minos still brake aggro at 50% health. Might be slightly faster than SS, but I'm not seeing it as a huge improvement. Still basically killing them 1 at a time dith a degen on the others instead of SS damage.

I've tried tinkering with your initial build with minotaurs in the elona mission.
I tried with
Protective Spirit, Healing Breeze, Bitter chill, Tainted, Well of Suffering, Essence bond, Mending, BS. It worked pretty well, the speed at which they died once you gota few wells of suffering up was great. If you can bitter chill one that retreats and stick a well in their "staging" area, even the runners go down fast.
I also tried with more degen, going with the same build as above but with Tainted, Well of suffereing, and Poisned Heart with 13 Curses, 12 Death Magic, 9 Prayerrs, 9 Healing. The degen really did add up, but it's hard to survive poisoned heart's -2 health regen. If you cast it slightly before engaging the initial group of minotaurs it works well though, and then once the herd gets a little thinned out. Over all i'd say the posioned heart build was a little faster, but also had a higher death rate. I swapped putried explosion in a couple runs, and found it a lot slower than the Well of Suffering. I'd have to say that bitter chill version is probably safer and faster in the long run. With either build though the minotaur runs went pretty quickly, probably just a little slower than my pre nerf SS runs.

I don't take it slow. Healing Breeze + Mending can handle quite a few minotaurs. It's true that there will be a few close calls, but should be able to survive.
