Need a Curses Build for a New Necro
I know posts like this have been made before, but i cant find any. I cannot find any builds on Wiki. Im gonna go SS as soon as i can get to it, but what skills should i use to get there? I dont need any elites posted, but just skills that i can get on the way there. I plan on going to Factions and NF with her and Factions and NF skills are welcome as well as Proph. Thanks

Just cast two SS, mark of pain in the backline, and use signet of lost soul for a quick +9 energy,+88 health.
Energy is not an issue thx to high soulreaping and the signet.
When facing hex removal (jade brotherhood in cantha for instance), add parasitic bound as cover hex.

Whoops, reading comprehension FTL.
What is your secondary ?
As pure necro, you can go blood first, and vamp ennemies in order not to rely to much on alesia's pro-healing build.

Here is a build:
Desecrate Enchantment
Defile Enchantment
Soul Barbs
Wastrel's Worry
Parasitic Bond
Signet Of Lost Souls
Signet Of Capture
Rez Signet
With this build, you can go into the southern shiverpeaks and cap. Don't use builds that have no signet of capture if you plan to capture an elite.

awesome build - i had been running a 55/13hp farmer and a MM for so long i had forgotten how to do a decent SS build - just changed him over to this and it is a very fun build to run

here's my N/Me build
[skill]spiteful spirit[/skill] [skill]reckless haste[/skill][skill]accumulated pain[/skill] [skill]epidemic[/skill][skill]suffering[/skill][skill]energy tap[/skill][skill]signet of lost souls[/skill][skill]resurrection signet[/skill]
everything there shoudl come up fairly early in the game, except for SS, a good replacement for it would be [skill]price of failure[/skill]
the build is pretty streight forward, price of failure and reckless haste work well together- which leads to accumulated pain causeing a deap wound and epidemic to spread it around in the group - then topped of with suffering which affects the whole group too. E-tap and SoLS to keep your energy up. which may or may not be needed depending on your soul reaping. - good luck

I don't see why you have energy tap, that skill is a pile of fail.

because pretty much all of the dmg is AOE, but you put the deap wound onto one guy before you spread it to the others .. so usually 1 guy will die and then like 2 second later, 3 of them will - with the 5 second nerf, sometimes it works out so i get stuck without enough energy to cast and have to use my staff the rest of the fight. energy tap + SoLS give enough energy to throw the first two skills while rechargeing enough to continue the chain, if I have too.
obviously this build has an easy enough concept, that anyone should be able to swap skills in and out as they prefer - i've found that this way works good for me.

I used mainly
Parasitic Bond, Suffering, faintheartedness, Insideous Parasite, Mark of Pain and then afew skills from your secodnary.
Basically though you use parasitic Bond on all enemies, mark of pain on anyone part of a mob, faintheartedness on any one that attacks you and insideous parasite on rangers or warriors. Good thing about it is you can get all the skills in the Ascalon area I think.
Only problem was energy shortages and thats even worse after the nerf.
