What would be the best burst damage necromancer/anything build for pvp?

Define burst? A Icy veins AoE pop on death?
Or an burst of alpha skills?(not that any GW class except assassin has those) |

[augury of death][toxic chill][deathly chill][signet of toxic shock][deadly paradox][signet of lost souls]
a tad energy intensive. gimmick and easily countered but it's the only spike build that comes to my mind. |
