I have a N/Mo in Factions; I also have Prophecies. I want to play a 55 SV Nec but havent got far enough yet. Right now I'm almost to Kaineng. I want to know what the best build to run is until I can get SV (i am not 55 at the moment). I really dont want to be a MM, i like having supporters who now how to do that.

I also don't have the capability to get elites (I'm not that far yet).

My nec I mostly run SS or Life Transfer. There are a couple farming builds for SS necs. Maybe you could check those out as well. There is a really great farming guild for necs here on guru. Don't have the time right now to find it. But if you search for ultimate nec farming guide it should come up. Hope that helps!

SS and LT are prophecies only.
Pretty much any build will get you through NM on all three campaigns. Having heroes helps, but isn't really necessary.
My first character was a Blood Necro and I got him through all three campaigns and most of EotN before switching to a far more sensible build.
Do you have access to the other campaigns?

Hard part is getting the -50hp grim. I guess you'll have to buy from someone. Last time I checked the cities quest doesn't give it anymore.

you could use a [spoil victor] with [life siphon]55 build
that works fine also

The quest still gives it, I just did it a few days ago
