Summon/Warrior
Is there a way to make a viable build with summons and a couple offense skills with dervish/warrior/assasin/paragon?
Doesn't need to be a TON of summons but a couple that I can keep alive...

absolutely not. if you want to use a weapon go [[barbs]/[[mark of pain] with a spear. minions+melee=terrabad

K I don't know what those are. I'm kind of still a noob seeing as almost... 6 months since I played. So go pure necro with a spear?

The current trend is to use a caster spear. (+5 energy, and then either 20% enchant or 30hp) Barbs and Mark of Pain will trigger on physical damage. So if you want to use a weapon as a necro, a spear is the only real way to go.
Barbs-For 30 seconds, target foe takes 1...12 more damage when hit by physical damage.
Mark of Pain-For 30 seconds, whenever target foe takes physical damage, Mark of Pain deals 10...34 shadow damage to adjacent foes.
Mix these two skills with a minion master hero and some physical henchies (paragons) and you should be able to breeze through PvP.
The current best build for necros is http://www.pvxwiki.com/wiki/Build:N/..._of_Pain_Nuker. It has a lot of optional skills (the gwen ones for instance). You do need factions as Assasin's Promise is the core of the build.

Yes. Just use the spear to trigger the effects of Barbs/MoP. Make sure it doesn't have an elemental mod though, becuase they only trigger on physcial damage.

Honestly this was my favorite warrior build for the first few months of playing guild wars. Only i've modded a few skills to be more up-to-date
[flail][galrath slash][body blow][dragon slash][distracting blow][animate bone minions][consume corpse][weaken armor]
noblest build ever really.

A minion master is always fun. But you just have to remember that a hero will run it better. Minions die real fast in HM so the best MM build is a bomber. It uses death nova to turn the squishy minions into "bombs" that deal ~100 armor ignoring damage+poison when they dye. The only problem is that this build is very tedious for a human to run as you have to pick out each minion individually to cast death nova. Heroes run this build incredibly well. Also use dwayna's sorrow for cheap party wide heal. It's incredibly amusing to have the whole party get healed for 200 some health when your entire minion wall gets triple chopped by some fool jade warrior.

K so Hero I can make MM with Dwaynas sorrow and maybe one offensive skill. What kind of necro should I run to back him up? Make a whole necro team

Sabway is probably the way to go, its one of the best HM hero setups available, works brilliatly in NM as well.

Discord can dish out tons more damage than Sabway, but comes at the cost of requiring a hex/condition. It's easier for casters to meet the hex req. If you can't apply any hexes/conditions at all, the build becomes abit weaker since you'll be forced to take up space on the heroes.
I've personally never ran the exact Sabway setup - I just hate SS heroes. They suck with SS and they suck with MoP. The best things they do is Barbs/Enfeebling Blood, but EB can at least be used by 2ndaries. Even in the hands of a good player, SS can be a horrible skill in HM. It depends on the area. It's best used against phys classes, but they're the easier ones to counter so that's another thing I have against it - anytime I wipe in HM it's almost always because of caster damage.

Fixed.
On topic, everybody above is correct in steering you away from minions. Necros and Ritualists are the only two classes allowed to make minions, period.

This always makes me laugh.
Running minion master with point in a weapon attribute is generally not a good idea. Put extra points into curses, heals, or prot.
