Your build came almost directly from the Great PvX wiki build using Fleshie
Use Fleshie if you like, I heard OoU has been nerfed...unless that's only for PvP?

1. Order of Undeath is the best elite skill to put on a human MM. Without question. The damage output is unparalleled. The above posters are clueless.
2. The rest of the build is not so great and could use a good deal of work.

OoU really isnt that great for hard mode-minions still do almost no damage, and just steal your health and put preasure on your monk.
In nm every thing dies any way-soo i guess it would be fine there.

In HM a necro would be better for some hybrid support like N/rt or even SS or AP/MoP anyway

OoU wins hands down,2% per hit is now even easier to deal with since the sac was removed on revert.
^jagged bones really is a hero elite at heart, and more suitable on a bomber

For a human MM, Order of Undeath is the best elite possible in my view. Takes a bit of bravery at first and any teammates might be worried about your untimely demise, but it's easy to get round these issues.
If you are going to use OoU, then run bone fiend and vamp horror, everything else is a waste. But be prepared for some energy issues.
Fleshy is easy to use, but not brilliant. I find it comforting to see one on the battlefield though.
Jagged Bones is a nice skill, particularly for a bomber, but tedious to use for a human. Stick it on a hero MB build.
Other elites aren't very helpful to a MM. Aura of the Lich is fairly useless I think for PvE, Toxic Chill is also useless. Discord is nice, but I think you should really run a dedicated build for it or be part of a Discord Team.
I'd recommend:
Order of Undeath
Bone Fiend
Vamp Horror
Blood of the Master
Dark Bond
Masochism
Mystic Regen
Optional - Self heal, res or energy management.

This build is quite solid. I think some skill choices are less than optimal, but none of them are wrong, and all of them are pretty good. OP would be well served to adopt this build and play with it for awhile.

Order of Undeath doesn't trigger Masochism, or Wiki could be wrong. Or did you suggest it in combination with BotM?

The 2% per minion hit is considered "loss" and not sacrifice therefore won't trigger Masochism (which makes BotM essentially a free heal but also serves as an extra enchantment for Mystic)

If you want a meatshield, you use AoTL and spam BotM till your fingers fall off.
If you wanna let people know that you're new to playing a Nec, you bring Golem.

I'm aware OoU doesn't cause normal saccing. However it does make Blood of the Master a free cast and serves well enough to boost mystic regen.
When I run OoU, I find energy to be the main problem. Soul Reaping, awsome though it is, just can't cope with me raising 5 or 6 bone fiends quickly.
With OoU, you get a nice feeling of satisfaction, knowing you're toying with a skill that scares newbie necros. And I quite like the skill Icon, it's better than the other elites for a MM.
