I have seen a couple builds for Necro/Mesmer build. I wanted to know the perfect PVE soloing build...
Is it possible to have minions with the build as well? It makes it easier with them.
Also, can you tell me why I shouldn't if no...

Any suggestions would be nice...

I assume by solo you mean on your own without H/H. I also assume you have Prophecies only, but if you can, please put more information on that. Until then, I'll show a Prophecies-based skill bar that is fairly decent.

Spiteful Spirit
Enfeebling Blood
Insidious Parasite
Barbs
Mark of Pain
Rend Enchantments
Faintheartedness
Resurrection Signet

Basically, Mesmer has little to offer you as a Necromancer. You can swap out Faintheartedness for Arcane Echo and echo Spiteful to deal more damage. Things to look out for are spreading Faint / Enfeebling / Insidious on targets that are threatening and physical (Warriors, Dervs, Assassins, Rangers, Paragons), Spiteful on clumped up targets used on enemies which attack fastest in that area, Barbs on things getting hit by physical damage, MoP on things getting hit with physical damage that is in a group. Hexes don't stack on the same target when it comes to damage dealt, so try and avoid that.

O, sorry, yes i only have prophecies at the moment. And Eye of the North.
I'd like to solo with Heroes. If that makes any sense.
