Unfortunately this is a hero, however I do agree [[Finish Him](sometimes) and [[Techno Babble](always) are on the player.

Then I don't quite understand. What are the other bars, specifically? Why can't you use EC (a 5e spell) on any other character for lack of soul reaping? I have even made a working EC paragon bar.

Oh and you need the hero to be set to "attack" for it to use EC properly, unfortunately.

My apologies. Someone posted a reply with a broken GWBB code that borked the whole post. The mods have fixed it now.

Anywho, that build pretty much does everything you want to do with three builds in just one.

Doesn't work. Finish Him usually kills the target before you get a chance to Extend. Finish Him works with Fevered Dreams, though; and Phantom Pain will work with Extend Conditions if you drain/shatter it.

Yea I recently though of that too, this is what it looks like right now.
The N/Me still doesn't completely justify his existence, though he's a lot better than the [[Phantom Pain] build I dumped on him before.
