Curse

I just finished Factions yesterday and I've been tinkering around with HM.

I've looked into Taco's Necro farming guide to get some tips.

I started out on the noob island with the Mantids and the Naga but the Rit Naga, Spellblades I believe they're called hit me with something that does 59 damage and obviously kills me instantly.

I looked up their skills on wiki and I don't see anything that should be countering the build.

[skill]protective spirit[/skill][skill]healing breeze[/skill][skill]vigorous spirit[/skill][skill]spiteful spirit[/skill][skill]insidious parasite[/skill][skill]essence bond[/skill][skill]balthazar's spirit[/skill][skill]mending[/skill]

I don't have SV capped yet so I just avoid the Kappa for now.

I'm also having trouble with Byzzr Wingmender. Every guide I read says basically the same thing, load him up with curses and he dies. I have 16 in curses and he just laughs and heals through it with out even paying attention. If I remove his Healing Breeze he just reapplies it.

read the description of their elite in hard mode, and give them 18 restoration.

specifically life stealing skills
prot spirit only reduces damage

Use Spoil Victor and Price of Failure to beat Byzzr. Then you don't even have to bring maintainables or prot spirit. Or anything except SV and PoF.

Don't come close to them, attack from the distance and you'll be fine.

Whats your armor? some take more damage when hit with holy.
