Personally I have a female necro but I miss the male necro I made back in the day I prefer the male armors over the female in necros same with elementalists.

Yep, if I'm going to stare at even a computer generated butt all day, it's going to be a female one.

I've got 2 males and 2 females. It's called a role playing game, and besides, who said it was wrong for people to play characters of the opposite gender.

Some of the guys in my alliance have ALL female characters. I, myself, am female but half my characters are male. It's really not a big deal.

Why would you care what anonymous people think? They're not the ones playing your char, you are. As long as you are comfortable in your own skin, do whatever you want.

I don't think that the female nec's are creepier; but I wouldn't play a male one, they look terrible. If your friends think it's weird, that's too bad for them, if you like a female toon for whatever reason, role one. I have two just because I like nec's and think their female armor is great; and I'm a guy IRL.
Though I'm happy to say I've never been propositioned in-game; that someone would do that seems odd, but hardly surprising I'm sad to say.

Wait, what? So you're a girl if you shove an object into a guy? Well, maybe he did lose his virginity, just not the one he thinks.

My first character was a female monk named Tara Nuwan
I remember getting all kinds of help when i was a newbie because people thought i was a chick. I got my first green weapon for free and my first 100k gold for free. And basically an escort through all of prophecys.
if you are just getting to know this game i highly recommend you create a female because you will not get flammed near as much as females are not expected to be good at video games.

I think it would be weird if someone had all characters male. And was a guy.
Just saying.

I'm a male, and i make male characters. Personally i think they look better in most armor, and i don't want to be like 80% of the guys who think female sprites are hot. And i had a bad experience playing a female character in GW. I made a female sin and as soon as i spawned in Kaineng Center i got a lot of different messages from other people saying i was hot.

I don't see anything wrong...
So what if you are a guy playing a female character?
If you play necromancer in gw, does it mean you have to be capable of raising dead people in real life?
Keep GW and real life separate. If you can't you might as well play WoW.
