i was just messing around and figured i would make/try to make a degen build so here it is

1.enfeeble
2.Reaper's mark
3. Vil Miasma
4.Parasitic bond
5.plague touch
6. hexers vigor
7. gaze of contempt
8. any form of rez

i dont think its that effective but if you guys could give some feedback, it would be much apprecitad. I also think im trying to do to much. i first used it in pvp but i dont know

Plague touch isn't that great and neither is gaze. Swap touch for plague sending and iunno for gaze.

[reapers mark] is weak mostly because its in a weak attribute line.

if you really want degen in pvp, go with either [lingering curse], [weaken knees], or if your feeling experimental, [wither].

HOW is soul reaping weak?
It's the single most powerful attribute in the game except for high-end pvp.
This is low-end pvp and even Life Transfer is better than lingering curse in low-end pvp. I'd agree that you should simply take weaken knees though.

Soul Reaping isn't strong in RA or TA.
It's good in the Competitive missions and pretty good in AB though.

Reaper's Mark isn't weak because it's tied to Soul Reaping, it's weak because it's a Soul Reaping hex that acts as Soul Reaping. You don't need even more energy on death, Soul Reaping does that well enough on its own.

For low-end PvP, agreed with Weaken Knees. It punishes people (namely monks) for being good and kiting, and since RA is a crap-on-the-monk-fest (note: not saying this is how it should be played), it's a solid plan.
