Hiya, would be nice to know which HEAD armor pieces are upgradable with an insigna, as i recently discovered my Ragged scarpatern is not upgradable with an insigna ? ... so please help me out, so many to choose from and it would pretty much suck to have to buy them all to find out which one IS upgradable...

Any armour crafted by an armour crafter can be upgraded with isnignia.
The only armour that cannot be upgraded is armour obtained from Prophecies or Factions collectors.

hmmm, then i reccon this scarpatern is obtained from a prophecies collector :P ... ok tnx for that info, ill just go craft one so i can get an insigna on it.. tnx alot !

That is not completely true. Max armor from collectors may not have insignia, but non-max can.

Edit 2: Meh, the other wiki is wrong. I've just applied Brawler's Insignia to collector armour obtained from the guy wanting Fetid Carapaces in Old Ascalon.

Hmmm, well i just had a partial recall with what i read on the first wiki link... i would have bought this Headgear in the Crystalldesert for 5 forgotten seals, since Droknar did not increase the armor lvl i didnt bother to buy new headgear, only to find out the crystal desert one cant be upgraded... mind tho, that when i bought this, there might not have been insignas :P
