Hello, I don't have EotN so, I'm wondering if I could use the Sabway build for my heroes without the third necro. Is this possible? So, could I use a monk as a third Necro or something, or is Soul Reaping very important?
AND, if I can use Sabway with 2 Necros, will it be as effective as it would be with 3 Necros or is it not worth it?

Soul reaping keeps their energy up in PvE. You could try getting Razah and make him do minion bombing with boon of creation

Original Sabway went with a Ritualist Hero for the third hero. Considering the new buffs to the Ritualist class, it's not a bad idea to run a variant of it over the Necro/Ritualist.

I find discord not as effective with less than 3 discords, when I drop the MM in corpsles areas I find they dont put out as much damage. I usually run my own variant of sabway or purpose build heroes for those areas.

The only req for a Disco build is Discord. Everything else is pretty much optional when it comes to heroes.
If I don't have access to 3 necros yet - I mostly just use a mesmer - max out Death for Discord and Death Nova, high Inspiration for Power Drain, Drain Enchantment and Leech Signet, some Fast Casting (aka 7), some points into Curses for a hex and a condition - just in case, so that I have a backup hex/condition although you could easily dump these - and the left-over points in domination for Cry Of Frustration.

I also suggested something similiar to a friend on his ele hero - with the ES e-energy options and Blinding Flash.

It's doable.

I think Rt/N can go MM. Aura of the Lich + Explosive Creation = PEW PEW PEW. Also normal minion animating is cool.

The only really special thing (that isn't that special) is the N/Rt healer and that is easily substituted for a non necro hero. Monks don't do too badly usually and an E/Mo hero (using Ether Renewal) actually works quite well.

Prayash, I have often run Sabway with just the MM and the N/Rit healer. The third being whatever I feel like at the moment. Sure, it works fine.

Run a Rit as a bomber, or as a spirit spammer. But, heck, most anything can work as a third, depending on the area. You will have fun experimenting.

Discord I avoid because it is too much like work, so no comment.

My only question left is, since Sabway has the MM with prot skills ( Protective Spirit / Aegis ), don't I need prot/healing skills on the Rt/N hero too?

No.This is a common misconception that since there is prot on the sab bomber,there has to be prot on every bomber.

Ok, so to make sure I understand this:

SABWay with 3 Necro Heroes is:
SS Necro (Necromancer / Ritualist)
Necro Healer (Necromancer / Ritualist)
Jagged MM Necro (Necromancer / Monk)

SABWay with 2 Necro Heroes is:
SS Necro (Necromancer / Ritualist)
Necro Healer (Necromancer / Ritualist)
MM (Ritualist / Necromancer)

Have I got that right? I'm trying to build this team.

How does it work out if I play a Dervish leading this trio?

I myself would run an ER Ele hero over the N/Rt healer and make the MM a necro.

The problem is, Sab wouldn't have known about the recent skill changes a long time ago.

When I'm playing on my warrior, I moved some of the curse stuff onto the MM instead of the prots(SY! is enough of a prot most of the time), and subbed a smiter Mo/P where the curse necro was. I get insane numbers with SoH and judges on me, and Inspirational speech is just cool, as is erfshakering stuff in a jebus beam...

I used to run 2 Necro heroes for Discordway all the time but I am a Necro too so that changes things a little bit. There are so many different things you can do with Discordway and Sabway... don't think you have to limit yourself to what everyone else is using. I switch my Discord heroes for every territory almost. It makes completing your objective so much easier. So my advice is to know what you're against and then you can easily run 2 Necro heroes and 1 other.
