No its not , highly depends on target being killed within AP time and AP not being removed and bla bla bla , its more suited for Discord and all ppl know it.
Dont call a bar with 3 curses skills a necro curse build , using that logic a Discord MM with 3 rit skills is a healer and a toucher ranger is a blood necro.

I didnt mention PUGs for that , i dont need that to proove im right. SS is not over-rated by pugs , the fact is that a well played SS necro with the right build for the zone/mission is one ( for me the first ) of the most overpowered pve chars in GW.

The thing is , you should read carefully . I didnt say AP caller is BS or something but THAT build you gave is a 100% match of the Standart AP caller and is a ....... maybe 30% ? match to a curses necro build so , no matter what you or anyone say , that is an AP caller and i dont see place for it here.

The OP asked to get HIS build better ( the one with 15 curses bla bla on #1 ) and suggesting to become an AP caller is like making an Eviscerate W/E turn into a D-Slash W , you are changing the subject . Thats all .

PD: Mark of Pain is impressive and having it recharged anytime a mob dies is really cool but i dont think a curses necro should change into an AP caller for that matter.
