So i just got my 3rd necro and built myself a sabway team, well im also a necro and i don't really know what should i play, it seems that sabway need a little bit more dmg, but im not quite sure what build to use. So i turn to you guys, If you're a nec and use sabway what build do you use and also can sabway manage without hencemen ?

You need henchmen anyway for a 8-man party. Also, I believe discordway would be more efficient on necro rather than sabway, because you can be a fourth discorder + necrosis (discord usually is better on caster professions because you can be a caller, while sabway is more geared towards buffing physicals).

I run sabway aswell on my primary Nec. I tend to run myself as the curse necro(SS,MoP,Barbs etc) and replace the curse hero with a E/Mo Ether Prot. Been doing hardmode missions and Vq's with ease.

Edit: Assuming you know the E/Mo build, if not, http://pvx.wikia.com/wiki/Build:E/Mo_ER_Protter, but i tend to drop prot to ten, healing up to 8 and use infuse health for massive Red bar goes up.

Discord works well with you being a necro as you can be a fourth discorder - as athariel said.
Sabway is also a good team setup, in that case you may play the role of one of the necros (either an MM bomber - not recommended, because of the huge micromanaging required - an /Rt healer or a curser) and put another hero instead of the third necro. I usually bring Gwen as a VoR mesmer. I think SS works quite well with VoR and minions with MoP and splinter weapon.

Yeh discord packs a lot more of a punch,sabway is kinda the same but without as much DPS.

You could probably just go and cap discord...it would be easier than unlocking it via pvp and using an elite tome. I guess this is only if you've gotten far into the Luxon side of Factions, though. Here's the boss you can cap it from:

Disco has good spike damage not damage per second. The dps is pretty low really.

I run a modified Sabway myself. I run this: http://pvx.wikia.com/wiki/Build:N/A_Mark_of_Pain_Nuker with sunspear rez and enfeebling blood/rip enchants.

I have a N/Rt healer, like so: http://pvx.wikia.com/wiki/Build:N/Rt_SoLS_Healer with Xinrae's wep and spirit transfer.

A modified Sabway N/Rt MM, using shambling horrors and bone fiends, jagged bones, recuperation, mend body and soul, SoLS, Flesh of my Flesh and wep of warding.

And a N/Mo ZB Prot hero, also with bone fiends, PS, SoA, SB, SoLS, Aegis, and convert hexes.

I tried discord, and well, ugh, i must be doing something wrong cuz it seems way too slow.

And do i really have to run 8-man team always, cuz im poor and i need all the money i can get.

Yes you need to go 8-man teams. If this is what you're doing for farming, you're doing this in the wrong area with the wrong crowd. You should instead be focused on getting all the good skills and opening up areas and HM so you can do proper farming. Refer to PvX or other threads for farming builds.

Go N/A and run Mark of Pain and Assassin's Promise. Utilize any set of heroes with spears so they can chuck physical damage at the target and watch as everything explodes. You don't even need heroes because AP with Ebon Vanguard Assassin Support should get you started.

You could run Discord with N/A MoP but its antisynergetic. However, it's still faster than Sabway. Discordway is better than Sabway in terms of speed generally for hex casters.

Not that it matters much, Discordway is just a sub-par way to do things without a brain. Hex > Condi > Call > Discord Spike > Rinse > Recycle > Repeat > /boredom.

Im playing my Necromancer most of the time nowadays. When VQ'ing with him i'll just pick what i want. If i want SS i'll kick my SS hero out and get Xandra is as SoS channeling ritualist

If im not in the mood for SS, i'll pick IV, then i'll just leave my SS hero in the team.

Works great imo

That is what I run on my necro, discordway heroes work better for a necro character than for any other classes. Just use the pvx build http://pvx.wikia.com/wiki/Build:Team_-_Discordway

AP+YMLAD+EVAS+MoP and FH (when target reaches <50%hp), watch it explode and energy+skills recharged from your AP and soul reaping, repeat on next target.

I am also too lazy to call targets, and it still works better than sabway.

I would also, as many of the others have, recommend that you use the Discord build, because a fourth Necromancer has a larger part in that area. However, if you want to, you can use Discord yourself with Sabway since, you have already stated that it seems to lack damage. Here is what I use for Discordway, and I guess I could try it for Sabway sometime too:

1. Putrid Bile
2. "You Are All Weaklings!"
3. Discord

Cast Putrid Bile, and while casting it, use "You Are All Weaklings!" which puts the condition and the hex on your target.

Like everyone else, I'd say run Discordway, as a Necro player myself I run Discordway and use an Assassins Promise calling build.

I cant remember it off the top of my head but its something like:

12 Deadly Arts, 12 curses, and the rest in soul reaping.
I also use a +1 Soul Reaping rune, +1 curses on my headpiece.

Assassins Promise
You move like a Dwarf
Ebon Vangaurd Assassin Support
Barbs or Mark of pain here
Necrosis
Weakon armor
Defile Defenses ( I think its called that)
and whatever you want here

As long as you call your targets (CTRL+CLICK) your heroes will spam discord, u just use your skills in order. 1,2,3,4 and the others if needed.

I wouldn't recommend this, I've been running my Zhed as a ER prot with infuse health (with like 3 attribute in healing prayers) and he never used it on any of our party members, but he did like to spam it on minions, outside of battle (sometimes during battles).

and since sabway uses minions he'd be wasting casting time (1/4+3/4 = 1 second) and 50% of his health (which he could get back but still enemy A.I. will target him if his health spikes)
