mo/r with brambles. just stick it in where you usually have your 2ndary prof skill, it does more overall damage than aftershock and... well bonetti's wasnt ever really nessescary was it?
just drop it at the entrance of the troll cave and if you wanna take both groups just lead em around till they are in range of the spirit.
my attributes with brambles come out to be 9 prot/heal 11 divine 15 smite 8 wild
this could have been discovered before, perhaps a post about it even, but i just found out when a friend mentioned the skill to me.

Well this is an idea, however i think for trolls its easier and faster to just Zealot's fire and SoJ them.. thats my personal opinion Good thought.

Meh, I like to use me secondary for interupts, so unless the Ranger profession has a skill that helps against that 100%, I'll stick with my mesmer sec for farming trolls.

Yes, that's right, Mesmer.

Mantra of Resolve > bonnettis, you shouldn't need the energy bonus from it.

you have troubles with interrupts? just cast HB when they are knocked down.
EDIT: yeah by standard 55 build i meant zealots/SoJ. this makes it even faster and makes it so theres almost never a need for a second SoJ

If you cast a spell each 3 secs, there's no need to recast SoJ when pwning those trolls

However, when you're fighting mobs that DO need 2 SoJ's to die, you might take Serpent's Quickness, so you'll have SoJ on you for 1 whole minute.

Hmm...I'll have to try the Zealot's Fire thing with SoJ, I used to just use it as a damage dealer pre-SoJ.
