Hi, I have a HA team with 2 monks, one with RC and the other WoH/infuse.
....now, which is it best to put the SB on and which do I put PS on? I like to play safe that's why I bring both.

RC and prot spirit are both prot line, save attribute points.

SB benefits from a higher Prot attribute more than PS does, and the RC runs higher Prot.

All this argument about having higher prot is nice and all, but what it comes down to is spike saving. You want both monks to have the tools to save a spike. In the case where you have a WoH/Infuse and RC, you want the SB on the RC since that's the skill that can save a spike in case your infuser gets KD'ed or shamed. Back when people ran LoD and RC, if the LoD doesn't have infuse, it generally carries the SB because RC is stronger at saving spikes than LoD, so it needs a good spike-stopper.

PS is effective even with lower protective prayers, therefore the healer can still use it to its full potential.

If your'e running Infuse, PS on the Infuser. Otherwise the best monk takes SB.

You are going to want full party heals some where in your build so, unless you have a [skill=text]Ether Prodigy[/skill] E/Mo in the build somewhere, you are going to want to bring [skill=text]Heal Party[/skill] on the WoH monk. The missing skill on the RC bar is either [skill=text]Gift of Health[/skill] (which is what Turbobusa was referring to) or [skill=text]Mending Touch[/skill] which is what I think you should bring. Also, Cure Hex is really good on a WoH monk if you want to bring it instead of Veil.

Edit: I forgot to answer the orginal question from the OP.

PS on the infuser and SB on the RC because
1) PS doesn't need a high level of prot where as SB does
2) To catch most spikes, the first skill the Healer uses is infuse. Since SB is better at catching spikes than PS, the RC should have SB so infuse an SB can go up ASAP.
