okay ill just get to level 20, but what do you suggest i have eotn and all expansions whatever, i want to kill not jsut tank recommend me a build

A 55 is not a tank. It's a farming build that kills with Shield of Judgment, Spiteful Spirit or Spoil Victor. You've been given the links, those builds have been tested for 3 years, use them. The only time you'd remotely need a 135 is to combat degen, but that's what the 55 Mo/D with Mystic Regen is for.

Where can you farm with the 135 instead of the Ice Imps in Ice Flow?
