Monk Build (Hex/Condition Removal)
****EDIT****
Make some tweeks to the builds.
Hey, guys I made this build for some reason, i guess because I got really tired of hexes killing me.
Attributes
12+1+3 Protection
12 Divine Favor (Used To Be Smiting Prayers)
Build
[Divert Hexes][Dismiss Condition][Smite Condition][Reverse Hex][Glyph Of Lesser Energy][Extinguish][Convert Hexes][Rebirth]
GoLE Used To Be [[Smite Hex]
This build works great in FoW, with either an Ursanway group or even a regular group. Test It Out Anywhere For All I Care LOL.
Equipment
A 20/20 high energy staff is need here.
Radiant Insignia's
Runes Of Attunements On All But One Piece because of the sup prot rune.
Variants
Extinguish can be switched out for any other hex/condition removal.
Notes
This build was made for FoW, but it will work in many other areas too.
Of course, this being a hex/condition removal build you cant be the only monk (lol). This work well with a WoH or HB monk
Have Fun

i believe i can take out Smite Hex for GoLE and Smiting Prayers isnt needed at all either, so i can make it 12 Divine Favor.

I would just use one of each starting with mend condition and remove hex or holy veil and use your elite on something else. This if you aren't going into a hex heavy area.

God this build is beating the dead horse with a nuke...
Divert Hex alone should suffice. 5 recharge is short enough, not to mention that if you spam it, GOLE isn't going to save you. Keep dismiss or go [draw condition] and [mending touch] if you want the heavy emphasis on condition removal. All other hex and condition removal should be replaced so you would be useful in other situations.

Doesn't this cover all the same bases, with 1/2 the skill slots?

[Spotless Soul] would be a better choice over [Draw Conditions]. Your burning 10e to rip then wipe when you can just clean with 5e.
Also the HC Healspam works well on heroes just disable [Healer's Covenant] and [Contemplation of Purity]. That build will keep the team clean.

Spotless Soul is worse if you need to target more than one person within 12 seconds, which is why I'd take Draw Conditions on an off-Monk (or even Foul Feast on the resident Necro) and clean it off the condition stealer.

the op's build is uber FAIL!
a monk doesnt just remove hexes and conditions, but rather protects his party from harm...
and what hexes are killing you exactly? Migraine?
Holy Veil is good enough for hexes, Dismiss and good protting is good enough for conditions, if not than Draw+Mending Touch.
concentrate on being a useful monk instead of a useless hex/condition remover...

Protective Spirit, Reversal of Fortune, Aegis, Guardian, Shield of Absorption, Spirit Bond, Shielding Hands?
Ever consider taking something to reduce damage or prevent it? Removing hexes in FoW is not hard, and the only ones that hurt are Spiteful Spirit and the slow hexes when Maelstrom is used on you.
Good Monks can remove hexes, conditions AND heal/protect. Your build does 1 thing that could be done just as well by someone also protecting the team.

Why would you devote AN ENTIRE BAR to Condi / Hex removal?

here you go, you don't need 3 hex removals if you have got divert hexes.

radiant and attunement runes?????
First of all, even for the job your doing, you'll be out of energy in 20 seconds tops. Second of all, 90% of hexes in pve are harmless and 95% of conditions are as well. This is really unecessary and mediocre.

Yeah but the reason I didn't recommend [Spotless soul] is because you can't use it on yourself and because its in the Healing Line, not the prot and I wasn't sure whether or not the OP wanted to dip in that line.

I attribute this to PUG mentality. Nobody ever thinks to use Foul Feast (which is totally ownage compared to Draw conditions) on a SS or MM. Nobody even bothers with Draw on a mesmer or elementalist. Ritualists splinter and if they're any good use a bit of restoration as a hybrid. Most people just spam splinter on recharge though.
All the warriors just ursan the crap out of everything. The mesmers use backfire and empathy and other PVE centric stuff with the occasional power drain or leech sig for energy. When's the last time you saw a Support character do anything besides damage?
When's the last time you saw a PUG warrior use Lion's comfort and mending touch or other condition removal (or even purge sig) instead of crappy tactics stances and healsig or powerattack spam? I"m sorry, they're all ursan. Ursan knows no hex/condition removal.
The delegation of roles to the monk has amassed way too much for 2 monks to handle adequately.
-hex removal (unless you run Divert Hexes it isn't going to happen)
-bulk condition removal (dismiss or RC at best)
-spike healing
-protting
...
which is why we have such a thing as full ursan + 2HB.
edit: P.S. Interrupts like Distracting Strike and Disrupting Chop are ways to stop hexes and daze (which is the only real condition I can see being a problem), just relieving pressure off the monk before it happens.
