Some areas you might want to run with Heal Party instead for heavy pressure management but Aegis generally does the trick.

SoA is stronger then guardian in PvE due to monsters not switching targets on prots. More often then not SoA will get its full effects, also I generally would look into swapping out dismiss for guardian and getting condition removal from any necro.

I'd still consider using ZB over WoH. WoH is a huge, cheap heal but the energy return on ZB with GoLE is a life saver if you start to have energy problems. With everything in protection and divine favor vs. spreading in healing, protection and divine favor I bet ZB comes close to WoH with the bonus heal and you also have more in divine favor for your other spells and maximum protection prayers. SoA and Aegis also kick in with another 1s duration at 14+ protection.

The big problem of course with ZB is having to risk letting people drop to under 50% heath to return energy, but with proper use of protective spirit it shouldn't be a problem. You also have to make that same choice with WoH and energy management to hit the bonus heal.
