Solo? Not any more.
Crosfires interrupt and Smites deal too many damage to a 55 to take on one time. Used to be possible when SoA was 1/4 cast or during Spirit Bond monking.
If you want to do a lot of UW, prepare yourself for a letdown. In UW, you might dual 600/smite Smites and some other places (check pvxwiki), but FoW isn't as easy.

*blink*
If the elite is Spellbreaker, how can you have Mantra of Recall in the optional slot? It's an Elite too...

spirit bond is often the key as you spam it to waste interupts - tho mantra of resolve can usually cope. Uw with 600/smite is a lot easier than fow - uw as far as ive seen has no actual monk foes so thats slightly easier, Fow id say has more foes with diff professions making it harder - you can cope with a zone of maybe 4 profs but increase and add monks its a lot harder.
Uw also is a case of just running in and grabbing aggro as very little interupts there - fow is the opposite and you have to try and draw small mobs - this ensues that if 2 mobs have a monk in each you wont hit the problem where 2 monks will keep mobs alive and you waste time trying to kill the unkillable .
Also remember that 600/smite is a sort of quick farm build and is limited - if you increase team size with say more players the effort of farming becomes easier - 600/smite in fow vs 600/smite and say 1 nec and 1 mes ( 4 man ) in fow becomes a lot easier - monks can be taken down easily and when down the rest fall fast.
Visage on 600 is a waste - you need points for it to be really effective and points u cant waste on it , frenzy i love in places with casters - as said before its does x2 dmg intake so casters can give enough dmg for spirit bond to work ( cept in a few places where casters are bugged in hm - see wiki ) - infact i tend to favor frenzy over mantra.
Archane echo is ok as its also needs no points but i feel using spellbreaker more often means less healing if casters do less than 60 dmg .
So frenzy or mantra becomes best options - frenzy tho is recomended if you are used to 600 as you can goof an cast it then take too much damage and spirit bond cant heal you fast enough - but once you get used to it its easy

Dont use hero as necro in hm - soon as they cast on foes they have to run like mad as foes will target necro and kill too damn fast - if you dont believe go somewhere outside of uw and test in hm - you`ll see what i mean , also necro needs human control as when to run and even micro management wont always work as ur the 55 and have to watch your skills as well as heros placement - stick to 600/smite like u were trying in other thread

I assume things may be alittle easy. if you think its a good idea they build above is what i take do you think of alterations is required..
Total man 3 inc Hero..

You can do that with smite being hero and necro as human - but remember in hm
a. keep smite well back
b. when necro casts make sure he runs like hell and preferably not near smite as any aggro following has a chance to lock onto smite and we dont want that to happen.
There is a slight change that can be made - check pvxwiki for the 600/smite with a mes as smiter - yes it can be done with full 16/16 without changing heads - and place bip on the necro replacing the sunspear rebirth sig .
I tend to use 600/smite (mes) 75% of the time an only swap bk to smite monk to give gwen a rest lol

Hmm I'm quite sure it would be possible to clear UW in 1:30 if not less with two teams of 600/Smite splitting UW sides.
Edit: Hard Mode UW, that is.

cerb - am i right in thinking you did once have a thread on 55 farming , i cant remember exactly who but ur name springs to mind - if you did does the thread still exist somewhere as im sure mojo and some newer players would gain a lot of help from it.
The 2 teams shud work as i used to mess with a team of 600/smite and 2 necros for nm and we by accident did 6 quests and cleared all foes non quest related but was quite a few months ago so by my reckoning 2x 600 smite with a few necros for taking down bohemoths shud work. Infact may try after wintersday event has finished so uw will be event lag free ( gonna have to hunt down my guildies for that :P )

Found the link for cerbs thread - was in farming section lol
http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...php?t=10257299
This may be a bit outdated due to mindblades change but its still one hell of a guide regardless if you use 55/ss team and it helped me and others out when we used 600/smite team - it gives details of spawns and what to expect as well as help with the quests involved.
Cerb gave us the Uw bible and i pay homage to his effort and wisdom in giving it to us so we can learn.
Ps Cerb we can discuss payment for advertising later (jk lol )
