You are just going ot have to keep working on it what I posted for in my first post.I meant one team member not the whole team just try staying behind one of your team mates.

I believe that you have to assign a key on the options menu. Not particularly sure. The cast cancel is only helpful if you have to cast something long or if you're trying to feign a skill to waste a ranger's/mesmer's interrupt.
About energy leeching mesmers - yeah not much you can do. The only comfort is know that by leeching energy, it takes up valuable slots on their bar. =/

@MasterSasori - yup ive tested it, i casted RoF and pressed esc and it cancelled RoF.
@Age - you probably didn't get what i meant , if one party member was to charge in, i'd have to focus on him because he could suddenly be the target of 3 opponents , and if they decided to spike him , idk if spamming heals ( wasting energy ) might even save his life and if you were to spam heals , a good interupter would know when to interupt your woh , when he sees that that guy charging in has lesser than 50% hp, he'd know that you'd use WoH sooner or later and if that interupt hits , you're probably dead .

You are going to have keep practising on evading them for all intense and purposes.What I meant by is having one go after the ranger make it castor so they stay as close to you as possible as wll as the rest of the team.I don't know what else to tell you.

Im not sure how you find monking in AB easier than RA but w/e :P
What i found works extremely well is just maintain guardian on yourself, now the problem here is getting it on you in the first place, this is where i use disc stance. Works like a charm silly rangers crumble before the might of my 5e spell.

Guardian=1 sec.
Any good ranger can interrupt that.
BTW you have 11 seconds of dis stance downtime. If the ranger and fake you out, he won't need to worry about it.
If you hog Guardian to yourself, you're wasting energy when the ranger can switch, and ur depriving your poor teammate of block when eviscerate splits his or her skull.
