Capture monk elites as you go. Actually, in some cases, LoD can be better than HB. Continue working through Nightfall and soon you'll find yourself in Vabbi where you can cap HB. The boss that has HB isn't very hard to kill; I believe I took a meteor shower ele, BHA ranger and SS necro for that.
@Off-topic: UA isn't a very hard cap at all; get a run to Droks when you get more money and look up the Ipillo Wupwup on GW wiki to see his spawn locations. Only takes 5 minutes to cap (same with PnH). As for the money situation, after you get your warrior's armor just don't spend it on anything and it will grow
