I'm Such A Good Mesmer...
Ok, I'm not that good of a mesmer. However, even as a bad mesmer, it seems that WARRIORS just can't seem to kill me. Of COURSE, I, bored because there is no warrior to challenge and defeat me, am wondering:
What would a WARRIOR have to do to defeat me?
What skills can a WARRIOR possibly use?
Once I have this information, I can become unbeatable fighting warriors!!! HaHaHa!!!

A good War will fold you in two in no time. The good news for the cocky kids out there is that the majority of Warriors simply suck.

im a good mesmer too, but i dont get cocky. if they put on warriors kunning and used backbreaker, you would be dead meat really quickly. yes, i do play as a warrior too, despite my name. i didnt want to be called warrior, monk, ritualist, ranger, and mesmer in need. its just that my mesmer was my first and most favorite character.

A Warrior can take skills which would be utterly useless in most situations and kick the crap out of a Mesmer. The Mesmer can also take skills which are (less so) utterly useless in most situations and kick the crap out of a Warrior.
Most of the time, a Warrior rolled for a generic situation will get rolled by a decent Illusion Mesmer in no time.

TBH, a Mesmer can take out any character if they're rolled for it. But scrimmages don't count for anything. So yeah, take that as you will.

To give a real answer, more information is required.
What area are you fighting in?
What kind of mesmer are you running?
What kind of skill level warriors do you face?
Are you running around solo, and if so, why?
Is the warrior hunting 1v1, and if so, what kind of situation really causes that (see 1)?
Most things have been covered though. Hex breaker, distracting dagger, or any other minor protection while they closed and ripped you apart in melee.

Then I could say, Signet of Midnight, Wastrel's Worry, Degen Skils, interrupt, bye bye Warrior.
It then becomes the countering game.

A thread about RA counter-game skills is rather (ie: completely) pointless, you know.

A mesmer will only own a warrior if the warrior's team isn't backing him up. Or maybe it they hit him with a couple nasty spells when he frenzy spikes... That's no fun.

Ok Avarre,
I'm fighting one-on-one scrimmage battles against a warrior.
I have with me:
Ineptitude
Clumsiness
Phantom Pain
Conjure Phantasm
Distortion
Ether Feast
Leech Signet (Interrupt Heal Sig)
Illusion of Weakness
I guess a warrior with hexbreaker would be annoying...but it takes a while to recharge...
I need more information to destroy all warriors!!! HaHaHaHa!!!

You don't need to scrimmage; you can just fight monsters, if you want. It'll give you a good variety of random builds, at least.
Any build you make will be based around Ineptitude, Signet of Midnight or Ethereal Burden, so they just need to counter those, and they can beat your face in, without using any skills. So they need to pick a secondary to counter those 3 skills (like monk), and then they can chase you down and kill you. This is why you can't farm warriors with a mesmer, while the reverse is much easier.
Of course, if you use your secondary to add to those 3 shutdowns, you have more options, but then the fight just gets silly...

Against that build? Holy veil, smite hex. Maybe a few others. Warriors cunning. Just enough to beat the main nasty hexes while he beats you into a pulp.
