Well, I say lusty armour because that is what I'm told is the reason for them to wear it when I ask them why. "D And I know that they designed the armour, not the players, but I was just saying that the people who wear it to become half-naked shouldn't really try to use a mesmer for it... On-topic: I found paragon armour is more unchanging then dervish. "d But mabye thats just me. :. And some peaople like the dances, others don't. "D I personally like the dance compared to some classes. >>; Though I don't like the sit, considering it clips through some armours.. >>;

I don't really know why the internet has such an issue with character clothing. People get all infuriated if a female character wears something revealing. I mean, is this some kind of schizophrenia or something? Outside of the virtual world, very real woman wear even less than your average elementalist and walk around happily in the mall. Hell, even I like to wear risky things at times. It's fun.
No one gives a damn in RL. If at all, people like it this way (with the exception of some ultra right winged religious fanatics). So why the big fuss suddenly in the internet? All of a sudden people are called perverts if they give their female character something "skimpy".
I made a male monk and bought him Tattoos, simply because I liked the look. So he basically runs around in a loincloth and lots of color on his bare skin. No one complains about that. But if that monk were female, there would be hell to have. Why? I honestly don't believe that it is females making all the fuss about it. After all we've done several important steps along the roads of emancipation.
No, curiously enough it seems to be mostly a male problem. Maybe some sort of feeling about loosing their dominance over the women? After all these things start and end with basic every daylife things.

Well, I'm a girl, and I don't like it... >>; But really, I don't mind if its a monk or something wearing something like that. But a mesmer doing it of makes me a bit off because of the idea of the class in my personal outlook.<As I said, in my first post... And my rit wears some-what revealing armour, somehow I don't mind that too much...>

On a side note: Why do almost all my posts seem to create off-topic discussions? >>;

It's her oppinion. Forums are for oppinions. Leave her be.

i completely AGREE with Calluette. Its really sad when players go the the cheap RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO look. It degrades the mesmers (as a grouped profession) image (fact, not oppinion).Being brutally honest here, I honestly dont see a problem with blaming players for making their characters look like prostitutes, we don't all want to see things like that.

Just armor, and not an object of lust? Oh im totally sure the players had THAT in mind when going for that look.

I have no issues with female characters who wear revealing armor (if you can call it armor - I hope they're wearing kevlar vests under that lingerie). Not my thing at all, but not my place to criticise others for it either.

My mesmer is male, and I like most of the armor options available to him. None of the prestige armor styles really interest me though. I'm quite happy to keep him in his relatively cheap gear, and so many of the male styles are easy to mix and match with each other to get a sophisticated and well-travelled look (plus with the 1.5k Kurzick mask he can audition for the lead role in the next production of Cyrano de Bergerac)

I think vabbian mesmer armor is a work of art except for that ugly mask . Actually here it is (Willcrasher and Kuunavang ARE NOT OPTIONAL )

That armor is awesome, im surprised I have never seen it before. It appears to use the same model as cynn's and eve's armor.
