Guide:
Go from the gate of anguish into Stygian Veil. Go ahead and talk the Adept of whispers and accept the quest "Breaching The Stygian Veil". Also talk to the
whispers informant for double XP and Lightbringer points. Then go to the north east and wait until all the stygian monsters are
standing around the Adept of whispers. Now move into the center and lay down your traps. After you layed down the traps activate the
spirits again. Then pull down the groups and run away. The groups will first follow you, and the attack the spirits. While they are
attacking the spirits, the traps will activate, and they will get a lot of damage and also knock down. This should kill all the
groups. Now you should quickly move away, because the next will spawn and run to the Adept.
With a litle practise you can trap all the quest.
*Litle hint: For the first time you can take a monk hero with you and let him stay at the start. He can "rebirth" you, if some of the monsters will kill you.
Drops:
- Stygian Gemstones
- Golden stuff (Found some Igneous Blade, Shadow Axe and Gloom Shield)
- A lot of white and blue Stuff
- NO money

Theres no point... Unless you *really* want the challenge of trapping things that could drop nice items and kill you at any moment...
Any profession can bring 2 Ranger Heros, give them Sup Wilderness Runes, and make them both echo Dust Trap (w/ a Tripwire to keep things still) and a Monk to hide somewhere just incase to res.
I've been doing it for weeks on my Ranger... 3 trappers, 1 Echo, 2 Spike and sending them off to hide in a corner while luring. Recently turned into 1 Echo 1 Spike 1 Shadow Form (to lure better without getting annihilated). Don't even have to be Primary Ranger...

Nightfall staffs can have +20 energy. Inherit +10, Insightful head for another +5, and finally the +5^50 inscription.

looks good any chance you could do a vid showing how you kill the golems or the ranged fiends as with my experience with two players using the echo build you cant do it as the fiends will not enter the traps instead they stand back shooting. You can do this i guess if you run loose aggro reset traps then dont put spirits down and then pull fiends once others are dead again but wow is it slow.

i have tried it..
it works percectly to the first wave...
but from the second wave onwards, some of them will always goes straight to me and kill me( 400 damage per hit ! and i only have 388 hp.. ), propabaly due to mixed group and diffence in behaviour...
Is this build only work to the first group? or did i do something wrong?

Hey KCP, you have me puzzled how are you getting 42 damage per dust when dust only does 26, i guess they are just weak to dust (earth) damage.
Dont think ANET will nerf this has been around for a long long time i have been using it for UW for ages now they alkmost nerfed onece when they removed the maximum amount of recharge reuduction to 50% but then they extended echo time duration and all is good again!
Would love to know how your hitting em for 42 unless 1 they are weak or 2 they cast a take double damage but attack twice as fast sort of thing on em selves.
PS thats not the norm place your trapping is it? ie the quest

haha there is a dust and and a spike there isnt there just not for damage at all.
dust to blind spike to knock down to give you just enough time to echo, echo, a certain skill which im betting you have at least 4 or 5 in shall we say attribute points to not give it totally away.
