In that case, make sure you've casted Spirit of Failure on the second Aatxe. Also cast Ward against Melee and Armor of Earth when Signet of Midnight is still recharging.

Just a thought, but I found that this worked in PvP when I tried it-
at 13+ illusion, cost for distortion "evade" is 1 energy. With enough inspiration, you gain 2-3 energy every time target foe misses under Spirit of Failure. If you use Spirit of Failure + Distortion, you'll gain 1-2 energy every time the aataxes miss. I doubt this would work in further parts of UW, but it would definitely work on bosses in PvE.
Combine it with Empathy and something else and you have damage with almost infinite energy (if you keep Spirit on 2 people, every time they attack you'll gain 2-4 energy, meaning that if they attack 2-3 times you will have paid for the cost of distortion and gained energy). I think this might be hard to do though, I could see it possible with AE'd spirit of failure or something.
The build looks great though, gj man.

yeah, make sure ward vs melee and sliver armor are on when the first aatxe dies, so u still have 50% +50% evading chance when the second Aatxe attacks

That was actually something I was wondering about myself. My guess would be that it's pretty hard to tamper with the skillbar to squeeze it in. All of the skills look like they have a specific place that they're needed. Empathy/SoF/Sliver/Sig of Midnight for the Aatxes , Resolve/AoE/Ward Against Melee/Midnight for the Darkness, and Ether Feast for a general self-heal. I guess you need AoE and the Ward because a Sig of Minight + Epidemic might not be able to blind all of the Darkness at once because of the way they spread when they attack. But I haven't tried this myself because I have no Mesmer, so this is pure speculation on my part.
But regardless, Wittie makes yet another interesting farming build. Great work.

problem with epidemic is that it removes the blind from one onto the others, that means one dude still isn't blinded... as for Aatxe: it's deadly..

Epidemic: Transfer all negative Conditions and their remaining durations from target foe to all foes adjacent to your target.
The condition transfer keeps the condition on the target, and simply duplicates itself on other victims.

Defensiveness ftw.
Good build Wittie, I was assuming that Racthoh wrote it after I saw the "Testiment" part. Seems like it would work, but where is the coverage from Dying Nightmares? One good hit from an Aatxe, which is possible if you're unlucky, without Armor of Earth could almost kill you in itsself, especially a sever artery. Sad to say I'm not going to be trying it, I've spent 20k at least trying to solo UW and FoW with the payload of a bunch of Demonic Remains, a few spider legs, gloom seeds, and 1 shard. Seems like it would work though, but a video might help.

It's not YOUR bad English that caused the comprehension problem. Not at all.
