Survivor Title With A Mesmer
I really want to gain the survivor title with my Mes. I'm going to have to reroll her to do so. I was wondering what tips and advice you would give for a Mesmer survivor. Which campaign would be best to start in (I have Prophecies and Factions)? Which skills should I use? What's a good second (I'm thinking of going with monk)? Stuff like that. Thanks,
Redd

well, i got legendary survivor in 38 hours with my mesmer. how? well, follow these steps:
1: create a tyrian/canthan mesmer.
2: make your secondary monk
3: if you chose a tyrian mesmer, get a run to LA and then go into factions (if you are a factions character skip this step).
4: after getting to cantha, get the skill "protective bond" (it allows you to only take 5% damage from ALL sorces) and make sure to ALWAYS have this on you when in an explorable area.
5: buy max armor and mod it with full survivor insignias
6: get a friend with heroes (who is experianced) to help you work through the game until you get to "Lutgardis Conservatory" withOUT dying (obviously :P)
7: do lots and lots and lots of hFF (hero faction farming). people will either let you leech for free or charge you 100g per run-- but do not worry, hFF rewards you 2000xp, 150g, and 400 kurzick faction every 52-54 seconds (given the runner is good).
it's that simple. ^^ good thing you have factions :P anyways, this is the easiest / safest way to get legendary survivor, so, good luck.

GWEN is the easiest and yes it [skill]rotting flesh[/skill] the title. get to level 10 go to GWEN (now you have level 20 attributes and HP) get to dwarven boxing and buy scrolls. You can afford scrolls with the drops you get from this. Depending on campaign you may only have to do 1 mission to do it.
I will burn in hell for telling you that
[skill]Flame protection on full power[/skill]

Wow, lots of helpful information guys. Really appreciate it. Now, I don't want you to burn in hell, but could someone point me to that mission? I mean, if its not in factions or prophecies it really doesn't matter, but...
Thanks

A skill that can really be useful is [skill]Illusion of Weakness[/skill]. It'll buy you that extra second or two you need to log out or map away if you suddenly get swarmed. Consider using Assassin as a secondary, if possible, for skills like [skill]Feigned Neutrality[/skill] and [skill]Heart of Shadow[/skill].
But I'd definitely agree that the quickest and easiest way to LS is getting to level 10, and crossing over into EotN and grinding it out with Kilroy's Punchout Extravaganza.

Kilroy's quest is the most safe way to do it imo.

Any great alternatives to Kilroy's. As stated, I only have prophecies and factions. Thanks,

I have multiple Legendary Surivors and personally I would recommend either going /Mo for [skill]Protective Spirit[/skill] or /E for [skill]Stoneflesh Aura[/skill] and [skill]Armor of Earth[/skill].
Kilroys is by far the fastest way to go. HFF is probably the safest.
