Hello

i just recently started a mesmer in factions, i used a elite mesmer toe i had laying around in my storage, and aqqured the elite skill vision of regret, i also, picked my secondary as monk, for the good rez skill and such, i am using a mage killer staff, i am currenltly, level 12, and running a domination line along the lines of vision of regret, wastrell worry, cry of frustation, etc, etc, i could us some help to make a build that will get me thru, factions, is the dominiation line, the better choice, should i switch lines, or elite to something, else, plz help, thks.
