Gimmicky Me/P build, HA and maybe PvE
Spec 8+1 in FC, 12+1+1 in dom and 10 in command
[symbolic posture] [cautery signet] [song of concentration] [make haste] [cry of frustration] [diversion] [resurrection signet]
and either
[shame]
or
[mirror of disenchantment] [shatter enchantment] [inspired enchantment]
The point of this is to remove conditions easily while using the standard /p HA skills and some caster hate lulz. This doesn't have much use because of the PnH SoC'er and standard RC/WoH backline, but I still think it is worth mentioning
PvE, take out SoC and MH, spec the command att's in FC and take something like CoP, EbSH and PI

WTB a better elite!
WTB a RC or PnH
Oh, by the way what is MH, FC, EbSH and PI? I've played guild wars for a long time and never heard of those.

Outclassed in PvP, okay.
PvE still feasible, on a hero? Use [Mantra of inscriptions (PvE)] and spec what would be in FC into inspiration, and put command att's into inspiration, then exploit the hero's gody ints. Bar would look like (with Zelg's suggestions)
[mantra of inscriptions (PvE)] [power drain] [signet of distraction] [cautery signet] [power return] [drain enchantment] [cry of frustration] [resurrection signet]
+ Mantra of inscriptions has a PvE/PvP split, I don't know how to show the PvE version

If you want a PvE version of a skill, just add (PvE) in the skill box; for example, [Mantra of Inscriptions (PvE)]
I've never understood people using Inspired Enchantment on a Me/X. [[Drain Enchantment] costs less energy, restores more energy, heals you, and can have HSR triggers. The only positive for Inspired is 1 second casting time, but with normal FC specs Drain is barely over 1 second. I guess depending on the area you can also steal monster enchantments for instant recharge, but that's very rare. I suppose it would work in a SoI build but that's just a gimmick using a gimmick.
Anyway, if I were running something similar to this I'd pitch Inspired for Drain and Ether Feast for something like [[Power Return] for an almost always active interrupt.

I'm going to put this on gwen and see how she does. Hopefully I won't have to micro Cautery.
+ Zodiac: I sort of said that its outclassed by PH and RC in my original post, try to make a constructive comment instead of repeating what I ALREADY said. You have no idea how pathetic that makes you look, especially since you tried to make it an insult.
WTB a better elite? A gimmick is a quirky build that isn't part of the meta. Telling me to use a better elite is telling me to run a build which has already been implemented in HA (or any competitive PvP). I said in the title that its a gimmick, and it IS a gimmick. What you said is the equivilent of telling a thumper to just run dev hammer, or telling a FC nuker (bad build) to just run fire ele. If you said those things in a topic regarding those builds, you would be shot down for irrevelence. Saying WTB a better elite is just a way to add revelence to your latter statement (WTB PH and RC), which is also counter-intuitive and not constructive.
I'm trying to make use of a bad elite, either bear with me or make an intellegent comment.
And:
MH is make haste
FC is fast casting
Ebsh is ebon battle standar of honor
PI is Pain inverter
If you played HA you would know what MH was, it is a necessity on any team
FC... no excuses there, you should know what it is
EbsH and PI are both common PvE terms. Either you haven't done any high end PvE, or you don't have the EotN expansion.
Good day, sir

I don't really like this build. You really have only 1 Signet (Cautery Signet), since the Resurrection one recharges only when you get a morale boost. But then you waste your stance (and an additional slot) by bring along (Symbolic Posture). Is having a 6.6second Cautery Signet really that good? And what if there's not that many conditions spread either? You could fall back on the anti-caster but I don't know.
