Even if they are, you might be able to pump earth up to 12 and add Glyph of Elemental Power. It might work (but most likely won't

You can keep up Stoneflesh Aura 100% of the time (like before the nerf) with Glyph of Elemental Power. Also, with using a Signet of Illusions variation (which can also use Glyph of Elemental Power instead, but i like 400% heal on Aura of Restoration

) you can farm Kappa otside of Gyala Hatchery in HM

ok i've tried it and it might work in some places....
all in all i think it's dead

i'm working on a new mesmer solo guide with several new builds (more than 1 secondary class :P )
It's too early for screens or more informations yet but i've had some serious succes

So there is still enough that mesmers can solo...

no kinetic and armor of earth will no longer add each other...
and stoneflesh aura was reduced=almost all builds nerfed.
Btw... my new project is a Full Tyria Solo Tour with my Mesmer :P
already soloed the desert, perdition rock and a few shiverpeak regions...

cool atm I solo using, monk, ranger + derv (fow a bit but need practise) and am researching to find further uses for my mesmer

It isn't dead yet... just add in Glyph of Elemental Power to everything that doesn't require stacked armor and Stoneflesh can be kept up constantly just like before.

Maybe you can't solo UW or Titans anymore, but we can still get IDS and Grenths. It's just enough to tide us over until your genius gives us those over 6 pages of magic.

foxworthy, since your using earth skills already, and this build comes with 2 optional slots, try "ward of stability" in one of them, arro via casting that spell and all you have to do is manage the degen.
