Stop derailing. Necros cant use PR because they can't use FC so any mention of them or their SR is irrelevant. I don't see a problem tbh, bring a Mes e-manag, they got plenty.

QZ on a non necro team really hurts energy wise- I'd much rather use PI+SQ if they do stack.

On a human it's so much easier to knocklock with arcane echo, especially considering how cheap this skill is. You can then keep switching targets and spam some wastrels, as this is one of the few ways to reliably keep enemies from taking any actions. You might bring tryptophan along because melee HM opponents still have fast activating attack skills, if you're up against a large melee group that should give you the knockdown trigger you need.
A related issue... does half-cast (whether equip or QZ) and pve fast casting reduction stack? |
