Does Splinter Weapon work with IW?
As per the title, the wiki doesn't say you have to hit and I'm not near my gaming computer to test it.
If it does it might be a way of shaking things up as I get bored runnning Panic/Esurge/Ineptitude. Cheers! |

IW makes you neither miss or fail, thus any attack buffs won't be triggered as well, including Splinter Weapon. It's better to just equip a scythe for hitting multiple targets and add an IAS of some kind as the IAS will work, like Flurry.
