Dual Attunements are great energy management, if they're reliable. Which they aren't in the age of Nature's Renewal.
Aura of Restoration is pointless in this build. The healing you get from it is insignificant in PvP. I'd use that skill when I get dual purpose out of it with Ether Renewal, but you don't get that here.
Lightning Javelin is too bad for words. Nothing discredits an air build faster than including that skill.
I like Windborne Speed, but it takes an awful lot of player and team skill to utilize correctly. From this post I gather that you're casting it on yourself, and, well, the skill is pretty bad if that's what you're doing.
Gale and Orb are money, but people should know that by now.
Also, I'd like to point out that air spikes are not good individually. A good Quick Shot Ranger or Axe Warrior will kill more quickly on his own. The strength of Air Spike is in coordination between multiple spikers to kill someone in less than a second. If you're not doing that then there's no point in running the build.
